Leaside League & Leaside Boys Refund Policy
In the event that an athlete is unable to attend a session(s), regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds or makeup class(es). Up to and including, the second second session in a program, withdrawals from the program will be subject to a $25 administration fee plus $50 for each session that has occurred at the time of withdrawal. Please note that if payment was made by credit card, the fees charged by the credit card company are non-refundable. There will be no refunds after the second session has occurred. If a permit is cancelled (e.g any reason beyond our control), the Club will first endeavour to provide a make-up session for all athletes impacted. If a make-up session is not possible, the Club will provide affected participants with a credit voucher for future use at any Leaside Volleyball Club program. Vertical Divider

Payment Information
Payment for our Fall, Winter and Spring League Programs is due one month prior to the first day of the session, or upon registration if received within one month of the program start date. If payment is not received your athlete may not be able participate until payment is received. Payment for the June League is required by credit card at the time of registration. Payment for Leaside League can be made by either : a) credit card, or b) e-transfer to [email protected]. |
