Founded in 2010, Leaside League was designed to help kids learn a love of volleyball through a fun and educational experience.  

Throughout the year, we offer three different programs outside of our rep/Club  teams.  Both our LEASIDE LEAGUE and our (all) BOYS PROGRAM run on Sundays from October - May.  Then in June, we introduce our JUNE LEAGUE, which runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays until the end of June. 

​All of our programs are intended for youth athletes of all experience levels!

Sunday League
​​Co-Ed Houseleague, Ages 8-17

    Join us at one or all three of our Sunday League programs!
    (Fall, Winter and/or Spring)

     Each program is 8 weeks in length and runs for 90 minutes on  Sundays out of either Havergal College or Bishop Strachan School. 

    ​    Our League Programs include volleyball instruction and game play every week, making them perfect for for athletes of all experience levels!  Whether you are  new to the sport or have participated in League programs and/or school teams in the past, you'll find the program tailored to your needs!

    Friend Requests are also WELCOME!  Please let us know if your athlete would like to be assigned to the same team with their friend(s)! 
    We are more than happy to accommodate!

    On the final Sunday of each program, all of our teams participate in a 
    "League Championship Tournament"
    As our athletes will attest, this is a League all-time favourite and a wonderful finish to the session!

    The cost of each League programs is $385 which includes a team t-shirt!
  • LEASIDE LEAGUE PROGRAMS

    Designed for all athletes 8 years + and all skill levels.

    Before each program begins, athletes are grouped into teams and assigned to one of our school locations—either Havergal College or Bishop Strachan School. Approximately two weeks before the program start date, an email will be sent to all participants with their training location and team assignment.  At their first session, athletes will receive their team t-shirt.​

    Each week, the teams work for the first half of their session on individual skill development.  Then, for the second half of the session, the teams engage in some friendly competition, playing matches against other teams in their division and meeting some new faces across the net.  Coaches continue to work with the athletes during this time on their individual skills as well as their positional training.  

    On the final Sunday, teams participate in a
    "League Championship Tournament"
    As our athletes will attest, this is a League all-time favourite and a wonderful finish to the session!

    Similar to our traditional Sunday League programs, our NEW, 
    "June League", is an 8-session indoor volleyball program at Bishop Strachan School tailored specifically for athletes currently in grades 5-8.   

    This program runs on Tuesday and Thursday evenings throughout May and June. Athletes can opt to join both days each week or choose just one day per week. Each 90-minute session includes volleyball instruction and gameplay, making it perfect for athletes of all experience levels!​

    On the final day of the program, all of the athletes participate in a 
    "League Championship Tournament"
  • JUNE LEAGUE PROGRAM

    Designed for all athletes in grades 5-8 + and all skill levels.

    Similar to our traditional Sunday League, the June League focuses on individual skill development and gameplay in every session. However, unlike the Sunday League programs, athletes won't be assigned to fixed teams. Instead, this program is designed to operate as a single training group, giving athletes the opportunity to meet and play with different teammates. Plus, every athlete will receive a June League t-shirt on their first day of registration!

    Athletes will have fun, meet new friends and further their skills of the game!
