This summer marks the 14th year that Leaside Volleyball Club will be offering beach volleyball programming at Ashbridge's Bay in Toronto!   Programs start in May and run all summer long until the end of August.

Programs available for boys and girls of all ages and skill levels!

    TO THE NEXT LEVEL

    Leaside Volleyball has trained and developed many top beach athletes of all ages in Ontario!  

    This year, we've revamped our previous "Competitive 2's" program, introducing both a High Performance Training Program and a new Skill Development Training Program!   Both programs will be led by former National Beach Team athlete and Leaside Coach, Anna Feore!

    Our BEACH HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM is a competitive program designed for athletes training to participate in the OVA Beach Tour, Provincial and/or National Championships.  A minimum of 1 year rep experience is required.  Athletes will be grouped and trained by level of play.

    Our new BEACH SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is designed for athletes with limited or no previous beach volleyball experience.  This program is perfect for school, house league, and beginner players alike!  Athletes will be grouped and trained by level of play.

    Train right up until the Ontario Beach Championships! 
    This summer we will be offering TWO 6-week programs!

  • BEACH HIGH PERFORMANCE
    Designed for athletes training to participate in the OVA Beach Tour, Provincial and/or National Championships.  This is an instructional program and will include individual skill development as well as game situational drills.

    12U-18U, minimum of one year rep experience.

    Athletes will be grouped and trained by level of play.​

    BEACH SKILL DEVELOPMENT
    Designed for athletes with limited or no previous beach volleyball experience, our Skill Development Program organizes athletes based on their level of play. This instructional program places a strong emphasis on fundamental skill development and game tactics.

    Athletes 11 years and older.

Ladder League

  • ​ALL GAMES, ALL OF THE TIME!

    ​    Practice your game play and have fun in our weekly Ladder League!

    Designed for athletes of all skill levels.  Ages 13 years +, or having played at least one year of Club/Rep volleyball.

  • LADDER LEAGUE

    Designed for athletes of all skill levels, ages 13 years +, or having had at least one year of Club (Rep) volleyball experience.

    Athletes will participate with a partner in a team of two (co-ed teams are permitted).   Athletes that register for the Leaside Ladder without a partner will be paired with another athlete.  We will do our best to pair athletes with similarly skilled partners, when available.

    Sessions will consist of friendly game play only.  Each session will consist of four 20-min games.  At the conclusion of each game, teams will switch courts in accordance with their game result.  This will ensure that teams play other teams of similar skill. 

    Coaches will provide instruction and feedback to athletes and teams.  However, the Leaside Ladder is not intended as an individual instructional program.  The intent of this program is to develop athletes and teams in a game play situation and encourage friendly competition.

Summer Beach Camps!

  • LEARN, TRAIN & HAVE FUN!

    Our co-ed Summer Beach Volleyball Camps are open to athletes of all experience levels!   Ages 8 years +!

    Our Beach Camps include volleyball instruction and game play as well as other fun activities, such as swimming and paddle boarding (optional). Perfect for young players and players who are just learning the game!

    Rep athletes that wish to training during the day, should sign up     for the morning camps (9am - 12pm).

    ​​Athletes will be split into training groups of similar experience levels to ensure fun for everyone! 

    Friend Requests are also WELCOME!  Please let us know if your athlete would like to be in the same group with their friend(s)!  We are more than happy to accommodate!
    CAMPS START ON JUNE 24 AND RUN ALL SUMMER LONG!

  • SUMMER BEACH CAMPS
