Leaside Beach Refund Policy
In the event that an athlete is unable to attend a session(s), regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds or makeup class(es).
Up to and including, the second second session in a program, withdrawals from the program will be subject to a $25 administration fee plus $50 for each session that has occurred at the time of withdrawal.
There will be no refunds after the second session has occurred.
If a permit is cancelled (e.g any reason beyond our control), the Club will first endeavour to provide a make-up session for all athletes impacted. If a make-up session is not possible, the Club will provide affected participants with a credit voucher for future use at any Leaside Volleyball Club program.
Unfortunately, with beach being an outdoor sport we are unfortunately at the mercy of the weather. Generally speaking, we will train rain or shine. The only time that we would cancel a session would be for persistent heavy rain and/or thunderstorms.
Once the program is off and running, if the rain is not too hard, we will continue to play through it. However, if the rain worsens and/or thunderstorms present, we will clear the beach and take shelter until it blows over. We will wait at least 20 minutes following the last sound of thunder. If heavy rains and/or thunderstorms persist, we will notify parents by email to pick their athlete(s) up early.
Should a session be cancelled completely due to heavy rain and/or thunderstorms, the Club will endeavour to provide a make-up session, pending availability of permits.
Payment is due prior to the first day of the session. If payment is not received your son/daughter may not be able participate until payment is received.
Payment for Leaside Beach can be made by either :
a) e-transfer to email@example.com, or
b) cheque, payable to "Leaside Volleyball Club" and mailed to
