2023/24 Club Athlete Dues

Below are our Club Athlete Dues for the 2023/24 Season.  
The Club season runs from September, 2023 through either April or May 2024, depending on team participation at Nationals.

As many clubs differ in what is included in their athlete dues, it is important that families understand what is included in the fees. 
A complete list of our fee inclusions (and exclusions) is provided below.

What our Club Athlete Dues INCLUDE:
TOURNAMENTS 6 OVA Tournaments (5 OVA Tournaments for 18U, which includes two x 2-day tournaments - GP Qualifier and Grand Prix).    We will post the OVA 2023/24 Youth Competition Calendar as soon as it is released. ​Ontario Championships 3-day Tournament 1 Pre-Season Tournament	✓
TEAM PRACTICES Two x 2-hour Practices per week at our premier gym facilities, Havergal College and Bishop Strachan School.​​​	✓
NEW 2023/24 SEASON FULL APPAREL / UNIFORM PACKAGE includes two Mizuno jerseys, hoodie, warm up shirt, two practice t-shirts, trackpants and a backpack	✓
EQUIPMENT All Equipment and First Aid (includes team balls for all practices and tournaments)	✓
COACHING FEES Honorariums, Coach Training & Certification	✓
CLUB ADMINISTRATION Team Snap registration fees	✓

Exclusions

Athlete running shoes and kneepads Coaches travel and hotels for out-of-town tournaments Expenses related to "extra" practice time (practice time in addition to the two x 2-hour practices per week included in Club dues.) Expenses related to "extra" tournaments (tournaments attended outside of the 8 tournaments included in the Club dues).  For example, US Tournaments and VC Nationals.
